These installations include the following actions: laying pipes, setting up zones, training on the timing box, and a one year warranty on any problems that arise due to faulty parts.
(This does not include sprinkler heads that break due to external force.) If you would like an estimate, please contact us.
If you are having a hard time getting grass to grow or if seeding your lawn is not a feasible option, sod laying is the solution for a great and green looking lawn in a timely matter. As a plus, laying sod is also a great way to increase the value of your home. Pricing depends on the size of your lawn, but if you would like an estimate, please just mark it down on the enclosed checklist.
As always, we offer regular mowing. Some like their lawn mowed weekly, every ten days, or every two weeks. We suggest that you decide on which timeframe you prefer. Depending on the moisture we receive in the spring, I recommend mowing either weekly or every ten days. Once the grass stops growing as much, the mowing can be pushed back to every two weeks if you like. For returning customers, mowing prices will stay the same as last year. For new customers, we are willing to match competitive prices around town.
We will turn on your sprinkler system, set the timing for your zones, and then fix any problems or broken parts. Sprinkler turn-on pricing is $30/hour/employee plus the cost of the repairs or parts.
Raised Flower Beds:
We also build raised flower beds. Flower beds can add a lot to a yard and are a good way to beautify your surroundings. We build them from wood and fill them with top soil. Prices are given on an estimate basis only.
We also build and help fix any fencing problems you may have. We are able to build many different types of fences. If you need a whole new fence put in or are in need of just a few minor repairs, we offer all different types of fencing solutions. Prices are given on an estimate basis only.
We also love to give estimates for bigger landscaping projects, such as building large and small retaining walls, staircase areas, and more. In the past, we have also been involved with tree planting, bush planting, rock bed creations, and xeriscaping. The latter involves removing an entire lawn, or a section of the lawn, and replacing it with decorative rock, tree bark, or other desired materials. Please let us know if you have a vision for your yard that you would like for us to transform into reality! And just for your observing pleasure, I have implemented a few before and after pictures of a recent landscaping job below.

It is common for a lawn to begin impeding on its sidewalk. Edging creates a nice, clean cut line of separation between your sidewalk and lawn. Pricing is calculated on an hourly basis of $30/hour/employee.
We recommend fertilizing your lawn at least three times a year. We like to do it around the holidays, (e.g. Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day). We have had success with a few types of fertilizers and we can discuss these options with you. For normal sized lawns, fertilizing prices start at $50 per application.
For lawns threatened by weed invasion, we recommend weed killer. In the past, we have been successful using weed and feed fertilizer to catch dandelions early in the season. We can also use weed killer that is specific to each type of weed, depending on your lawn’s needs. For normal sized lawns, weed killing prices start at $50 per application.
Hardscape and landscape lighting:
With ever increasing water prices, there has been a huge upsurge of customers choosing to decrease the amount of lawn in their yards in favor of hardscape areas. We offer a variety of pavestone pavers to create an attractive patio in your backyard and an inviting place for entertaining family and guests. We can build all shapes and sizes, crafting an area where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful summer nights. Prices are given on and estimate basis only.
